1. Processing Time

  • What it is: This is the time it takes us to prepare your order for shipment. This includes picking, packing, and quality checking your items or sneakers.
  • Our Promise: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed.
  • Please Note: Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Friday, or on a weekend or holiday, will begin processing the next business day.

3. International Shipping

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

5. Shipping Address

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or outdated address provided by the customer.
  • If you enter the wrong address, please contact us immediately at ctthbiz@gmail.com. We will try to intercept the shipment if possible, but we cannot guarantee it. Reshipping will be at the customer's expense.

6. Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an wrong address, unclaimed, etc.), we will contact you using the information provided. Reshipping will require a new shipping payment.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Check To Buy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as "delivered" by the carrier. Please ensure a secure delivery location.
  • If your tracking information states your package was delivered but you cannot find it, we recommend:
    1. Checking with household members or neighbors.
    2. Checking around your property (porch, garage, etc.).
    3. Contacting your local post office or carrier directly with the tracking number.
    4. Filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
